Purpose
Evaluate Claims at the Level Evidence Permits
This work organizes a large public-document corpus into claims, evidence entries, review packages, and traceability records. Its purpose is assurance-oriented reasoning: identify what a public source supports, what it does not, and which exclusions constrain the conclusion.
Methodology
The repository reports approximately 900 evidence entries and 33 claim-review packages. These are repository-reported counts, not independent publication metrics.

Separate bounded statements from broader interpretation.
Map evidence
Assess supporting and limiting material together.
